Infrared Sauna

Definitions now offers the use of an infrared Sauna. Infrared saunas are not the same as traditional sauna. They use red and blue light to directly warm the body, whereas a traditional sauna warms the air. The lights in an infrared sauna are often chromotherapy lights, which are colored lights that are believed to have healing properties.
